Inxs Bullmastiffs was established in 1985 by Steven Bodnaruk and in 1992 joined by Eileen Locke. We are members of the American Bullmastiff Association, Bullmastiff Fanciers of Canada and the Canadian Kennel Club. We are located on four fenced acres in the city of Calgary Alberta Canada.
Our first Bullmastiff was shown to his championship. In 1989 we purchased a male puppy from the Oaken Kennel in Muncie Indiana named Ch Oaken's Argus at Inxs. Argus was a son of Multiple Best in Show Am. Ch Oaken's Solid Gold. Argus excelled in the show ring and in life. He loved everyone and everything. Argus lived to ripe old age of 11 1\2 years old. His son Ch. Inxs' Dirty Harry call name Monty owned and loved by David Martindale. Sadly Monty passed away this year on his 12th birthday. Over the years many of Argus' offspring have gone on to their championships and many are group winners. Argus can be found in every pedigree of our dogs and we also have frozen semen of his.
In 2001 we imported frozen semen from English Ch. Bunsoro Red Sails of the World famous Bunsoro Kennel in the U.K and are very pleased with his puppies. Bunsoro Bullmastiffs have been in the breed for over 35 years and judge bullmastiffs all over the world.
We usually have two bullmastiff litters a year and all our puppies are raised indoors in our home. They are handled from birth and are well socialized. All our pet puppies are sold on a CKC Non-breeding registration and spay /neuter contracts.
